I’m driven by building what organisations truly need: clarity, execution, and results. With international experience across startups and global enterprises, I’ve learned how to turn strategy into momentum, strengthen market positions, and create sustainable growth. My current work is closely connected to the international AI ecosystem. Together with my colleagues at MDCS.AI, I design and operate full-stack AI infrastructures that give organisations true sovereignty, clarity, and control as they scale their AI ambitions. We also develop AI concepts around regional AI factories, both locally and internationally, creating environments where infrastructure, anchor tenants, and innovation ecosystems can grow and thrive. Outside the AI domain, I explore what makes organisations perform at their highest level. I co-authored a book on the leadership philosophy of three-star restaurant De Librije, now in its third printing with more than 10,000 copies sold.
